Licensed Vocational Nurses

At AAA T.L.C Health care we only provide the most highly skilled and trained LVNs in Southern California and caregiver los angeles. All of our licensed and certified LVNs are expected to have at least 1 year experience in a hospital and or private care setting as a home caregiver. We also provide travel nurses to travel with family if needed ranging from 4-24 hour care. Nurses are flexible and will work in any setting.

Job duties of our LVNs may include:

• Records and charts patient vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration, oxygen saturation and blood sugar levels if needed
• Implements & supports the best plan of care for client without interfering with the patient's rights & lifestyle
• Monitors & charts safety, eating, behavior, well being of patient
• Experienced with medical devices such as ventilators, G-tubes, Bi- Pap's, etc
• Maintains a safe environment looking out for possible fire hazards, fall risks and maintain adequate nutrition
• Wound and dressing changes, treating common bedsores. The in home caregiver will turn bed-ridden patients to prevent bedsores. Home caregiver will also apply ice packs and compresses if needed
• LVNs monitor and give prescribed medications and injections if needed
• Home caregiver will assist with transfers, walking, assisting
• Toileting: help assist clients to and from bathroom. Some clients may need assistance with bedpans, commodes, urinals, cleaning and applying catheters
• Light housekeeping, linen change collecting of soiled laundry upkeep of patient's room or environment
• Can cook, serve meals assist patients with feeding
• Provides oral care, nail care & basic hygiene such as bed baths, showers, baths

All LVNs are pre-screened through the department of justice:

• Background checks, fingerprints, drug tested
• High school diploma or equivalent
• LVN Licensing and certification
• CPR certification
• TB Clearance
• Valid CA drivers license
• Proof of auto license
• References based on experience & quality of care
• Physical and health clearance
• Proof of citizenship/work authorization
