I want to thank you and all at the Agency for assigning A.L to care for my Mother! She was with her for the last two year of her life and became like a part of the family. Ana is efficient ,intelligent and very compassionate!She gave my Mother the best of care and worked with me as a team to keep my Mother comfortable and safe....we developed a wonderful relation ship!
I highly recommend her for any family that has the need for a competent reliable caregiver....who also can easily adopt the role of companion.... making the client/patient lead a more enjoyable life.... even if they have certain limitations!

"Teresita was the main caregiver for our mother from May 2005 to august 2011. We would describe her as nothing less than a miracle worker, a truly amazing person with a very, very special gift of compassion and life giving affirmation that literally granted our mother many extra years of activity and happiness that no one believed she would ever have again.
"Terry" nursed our mom back to life and coaxed her to return from the bedridden, dependent state she had fallen into after cancer surgery and treatment had left her close to death. She decided that our Mom would have life again, she went far and beyond the call of duty to make that improbability a reality.
We forever indebted to Terry for the beautiful, selfless relationship she created with our mom, how they became more than a patient/ caregiver but devoted friends with a deep spiritual bond. Beth was in our employments for almost four years. During that time, she proved to be the most remarkable caregiver. Kenia showed enormous patience, insight, creativity, empathy and consistency in dealing with very challenging situations, including delusions, hallucinations, agitations, mobility issues, and paranoia. These conditions eventually resulted in a hospitalization, which in turn led to finally getting the medications my mother needed for a long time, as well as the full-time care that was resisted over the period of a year, as well as the socialization which is now present, as my mom is now settled and settling into an excellent Assisted Living establishment.
Kenia gracefully walked us through this complex, stressful, and confusing transition, and I am most grateful for her major contributions along the way. She thus comes highly recommended by me. Thank you

He was volatile, angry, and depressed. Personal hygiene, something he had always been fastidious about, became an enormous challenge (he had become incontinent). I was losing my mind but thankfully, Ashie handled these issues with grace and compassion.
She treated Howard with the utmost respect and understood his frustrations. She was patient with him and gave him space when he needed to vent. And most importantly, she treated him as an intelligent human being, not like a child.
Ashie accompanied us to doctors appointments and on outings. She was responsible for the distribution of Howard's medications, showered and attended to all of his most personal needs, did laundry, and prepared both breakfast and lunch for Howard. She was instrumental in encouraging him to accept his loss of vision and to begin using a Kindle (after years of refusal) and the text to speech application on the machine as he became totally blind.
This changed Howard's life, as he was once again able to listen daily to his beloved New York Times Newspaper, magazines and books. Ashmau worked from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM Monday through Friday. Her attendance over all seven years was exemplary.
Ashie became and integral part of our family (even bonding with our dog and our cat)! She is loved by our entire family and our friends. Ashmau is a beautiful person both inside and out. She has a tremendous work ethic and a positive attitude. She was always perfectly groomed and dressed for work.
Howard and I are thrilled that Ashie has been accepted into a Medical Laboratory Technician program. We wish her enormous success as she continues her education. However, we mourn our loss and will miss her lovely smile and capable hands. She made a difference in our lives and will continue to be a part of our family, ALWAYS!
Fortunately, Howard's condition has improved over the years. With a new team of doctors, a brain shunt operation for Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus and proper medications he is much easier to handle. Ashmau played a huge role in making this happen. She was not only Howard's caregiver but also took care of me and made my life so much better. I will be forever grateful for the day Ashmau appeared on our doorstep. As I told her many times over many years,
"she was my ANGEL sent from God"

I am writing to express our complete satisfaction with your company, AAATLC, and the caregiver you have provided to my mother for the past 3 months,cooks, cleans, drives, shops, and most importantly takes excellent care of mom.
