Our Mission

AAA T.L.C. Heath Care Inc. has an excellent staff of RNs, LVNs, CNAs, respiratory therapists, aides, and companions who work with patients from newborn to seniors. We provide care in the home as well as in the hospital or facility. In-home services can include cooking and dietary needs, light housekeeping and driving.

Our caregivers are specially selected for their experience, expertise, and passion for their profession.

We choose the caregiver who can best manage the patient's medical condition, but we go a step further to match the patient's personality, needs, and interests with that of the caregiver's. When the need arises, we can make necessary adjustments in the caregiver.

Services

• AAA T.L.C. brings patients home from the hospital, provides assistance with walking, transfers, ADLs, activities, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry and driving.
• We attend to the needs of other family members, their children and pets.
• We select caregivers to ensure the safety of the patient where there is a fall risk.
• We provide care from Newborns to Seniors.
• Companion care to the most Critical Cases.
• We have a special division for hospice care.
• We assist those with depression, loneliness, and mental health issues.
• Live-in or Live-out Caregivers.
• Availability 7 days a week.
• We serve Southern California and can travel with patients as needed.

What to Expect

In order to offer the finest care, our Patient Care Managers meet with the patient and his or her family in hospitals and facilities to conduct an initial free assessment. This allows us to fully understand the patient's needs and to match the right caregiver with him or her.

Before being discharged from the hospital, we encourage our clients to have our caregiver come in to the hospital for orientation with the nurses and therapists for continuation of care when they go home.

We can also make arrangements to bring the patient home from the hospital, see that prescriptions are filled, and ensure that necessary supplies and equipment are available.

We are licensed, bonded, and insured.
